The aquatic accord signals the last remaining raindrops evaporating from the tips of the pine needle trees into the fresh air. Luminous Isparta rose and vibrant pink pepper notes blend blissfully and provide the heart to this candle.

The combination of the earthy scent of the Patchouli essence associated with the aquatic accord is the signature of the candle as it recreates the atmosphere of wet nature. The Patchouli essence is a luxurious ingredient that is sustainably sourced in Bali, in accordance with the highest environmental and ethical standards. Its production helps local populations and offers the best quality ingredient. The Isparta Rose Petal essence is also sustainably and ethically sourced. It offers sweet notes of fresh rose that illuminate the fragrance. Combined with the vibrant pink pepper, it evokes the positive energy brought by the return of the sun.

With this candle, the perfumer, Fanny Bal, has recreated the scent of fresh rain and sun rays, conveying serenity atmosphere and the affirming message that the sun always returns after the rain: like the promise of a better tomorrow. CANDLE EXPERTISE
Our scented candles are created and manufactured in the South of France by an expert candle manufacturer.

The manufacturing process of each candle takes 7 hours and is semi-manual. The manufacturing staff performs a visual check of each candle just before the wax has completely cooled down, to make sure there is no bubble or no lack of wax near the wick.

The manufacturing staff also straighten up the wick manually. It is a very delicate action that requires high dexterity, as the wax is almost solidified but still very hot. Then we let the candle finish to solidify and cool down.

The Replica scented candles also convey our olfactory expertise. The objective was to recreate the olfactory signature of each Eau de Toilette. Each candle scent was created by the same renowned perfumers as the Eau de Toilette. We put very high concentrations of perfume concentrate (10 to 12%) in our scented candles. Almost the same concentration as for an Eau de Toilette.

BURN TIME
We use the highest quality wax and wick, as the combination of the two has a huge impact on the burning duration & olfactory result.

Our 7-hour long and semi-manual manufacturing process combined with the quality of our wax, preserve the olfactory molecules of each scent and guarantee 40 hours of continuous release of scent.

CANDLE DESIGN
With their precious white glass adorned with the iconic REPLICA fabric label, the candles will beautifully light up your home. Each luxury candle has a specific colored wax, reminiscent of the scented memory it will take you back to.

The base of the wax is paraffin, then the wax producer works on the share of other mineral waxes in collaboration with the perfumer in order to guarantee the olfactory result and its stability. As the fragrance concentrates of each scent are made of different ingredients the wax producer adjusts the share of the waxes to guarantee the olfactory result of each scented candle. As a result, each scented candle has its own mix of waxes, made of 7 to 8 different mineral waxes in different proportions.

The chandler chose to use a mix mineral waxes, as they offer a better olfactory result and products of combustion are not harmful in comparison with vegetable waxes (the combustion of mineral waxes generates water and carbon dioxide). We use Cotton-made wicks as cotton offers the best burning duration.

CANDLE NOTES

AQUATIC ACCORD

The Aquatic Accord is a creation of the perfumer. It is a marine note that creates the sensation of the rain which goes through all the perfume’s structure. It brings watery, crystalline and ultra-fresh notes.

ISPARTA ROSE PETAL

Isparta Rose Petal essence offers sweet and luminous notes of fresh rose. It is like a rose gorged with water that brightens the heart of the perfume. This very refined extraction is obtained by mixing the essential oil with concentrated rose water, both obtained by hydro-distillation. This extraction of Rose is sustainably sourced in Turkey.

PATCHOULI BALI

This Patchouli essence is sustainably sourced in Bali in respect of highest ethical standards to help local populations and to offer the best quality of ingredient. The Patchouli essence has woody earthy inflections. When associated with the aquatic accord the patchouli evokes damp ground. It is a key ingredient to evoke the wet nature after the rain.

How to use

The first time you light a scented candle, let it burn for at least one hour until all the wax on the surface has melted. It will help the candle melt uniformly during all the duration of use.
Light up a candle when you plan to spend quite a long time in the room as its scent will be fully released after 30 to 60 minutes. Best is to leave the candle burn for 3 or 4 hours at a time.
Smother the flame using a candle snuffer and avoid blowing out the flame.
Trim the wick between each usage to obtain a length of 3 to 5 mm. Reposition the wicks after blowing out the candle.
Never place a lit candle in a draught or on a glass, wooden or marble surface.

FRESH RAIN AND SUNRAYS

The wet freshness of nature after the rain is created by the combination of an Aquatic accord and Patchouli essence. The aquatic accord is fresh and marine. When earthy notes of Patchouli are combined with the wet freshness of the aquatic it perfectly evokes the wet nature after the rain

The joyful feeling of seeing the sun return, is recreated by a combination of Isparta Rose Petal essence and Pink Pepper essence. The Rose convey the luminous and joyful sensation when the fusing Pink Pepper brings dynamism to the fragrance and reinforces the luminous positive energy brought by the Rose.
